QUICK PRALINE BARS

Ingredients:
24 graham crackers
|
1 stick butter or Margarine
|
1/2 cup brown sugar
|
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
|
1/2 cup chopped pecans
|
|
|
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange crackers in single layer in ungreased jellyroll pan (15x10 1/2 x 1 inch).
In a 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar and margarine to boiling. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour sugar mixture over crackers; spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool slightly.

HEAVELY BARS

Ingredients:
1 cup Chocolate Chips
|
1 cup coconut
|
20 half graham crackers, finely crushed
|
1 cup chopped nuts
|
1 can Eagle brand milk
|
|
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except Eagle brand milk. Then add milk and mix well. Pat into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

MOUND BARS

Ingredients:
2 Cups (24) crushed graham crackers
|
1/2 cup melted butter
|
1/2 cup sugar
|
Directions:
Mix and spread in 12 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 7oz. Pkg. Coconut (2 cups)

1 can Eagle brand milk
|
Directions:
Mix and spread on first layer. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
