Vegetable Pizza - Alice Kuhar's Recipes

VEGETABLE PIZZA

Crust Ingredients:
2 large cans refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
1/2 cup milk
2 pkgs (8oz. each) cream cheese
Topping Ingredients:
Shredded carrots, chopped fine
Broccoli, chopped fine
Cauliflower, chopped fine
Tomatoes, chopped fine
Cucumber, chopped fine
Olives (optional), chopped
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions/Procedure:
1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature
2. Place crescent rolls on a jelly roll pan (17x12), kneading together the pieces to create one flat sheet of dough.
3. Bake crust in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
4. Mix milk, dry dressing and cream cheese together.
5. Spread mixture on top of cooled crust.
6. Slice pizza into squares before toppings are added. (It’s much easier to handle if vegetables are added after slicing.)
7. Sprinkle on vegetable toppings.
8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
