TUNA CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
1 cup potato chips, crushed
|
1 can (7 oz.) tuna
|
1/2 cup milk
|
1 cup green peas, frozen or canned
|
|
Directions:
In a casserole dish, begin by putting a layer of cooked peas on the bottom. Add a layer of drained, flaked tuna. Add 1/ 2 can cream of mushroom soup. Add 3/ 4 cup potato chips. Begin to layer again starting with peas, add tuna. Mix milk with remainder of can of soup and add next. Top with remaining crushed potato chips. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6.

TUNA CHEESE LOAF

Ingredients
Butter or Margarine
|
4 eggs, beaten
|
12 slices bread
|
3 cups milk
|
2 cans (6-1/ 2 oz.) tuna, drained
|
salt to taste
|
3/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese
|
|
Directions:
Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place 6 slices, buttered side down, in a 9x13-inch pan. Drain and flake tuna. Spread tuna over bread and sprinkle cheese over tuna. Place remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, on top of cheese. Mix the eggs, milk, and salt and pour over bread. Let stand for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 6.
